First, you need to understand meaning of Zero Export to CT. There is no way the inverter will "Sell" if Zero Export is enabled.

Most likely that is calculated sum of inverter internal self power consumption and the battery inefficiency.

For EU region inverters, One CT on pin 5 and 6. For US region inverters, Two CTs, on Pins 3-4 and 5-6 respectively.

What if the battery is available, Pv, grid, loads also and the screen shows zero watts for PV, Loads, Grid ?
