I have the same problem with 2 out of 4 packs in parallel with the same BMS. My cells are very well balanced. The SOC jumps from 95% to 10.7% within seconds, but the cell voltage is at 3.33 volts and the cell difference is only about 3mV. Is there any solution to resolve the Problem?

@haluec Maybe you tried to load the wrong firmeware. Daly 4S is not the same hardware as Daly 8/16S. You need to contact Daly support to get the latest firmware for the 4S and try to load the firmware.
