@SacRV are you able to connect via USB to the Multiplus and make changes?

As i understand it, the multiplus will disconnect L2 input if 240v is not present, as it ignores (what it thinks is a bootlegged L2 connections. I plan on installing a manual 50A switch to bypass the multiplus completely for emergency/ hardware issues.

When 'OFF' my multiplus is showing continuity between L1 and Neutral (dead short) on AC1. Open between L2 and Neutral. When 'On' shows the proper voltage/readings on all outputs. I'm looking at the block diagrams and dont understand why I am seeing continuity at these two points.

Yes, those are only indicators. You can't toggle any of them (charge/discharge/balance).

The Daly/Heyo/Clones BMS will only balance when charging over 2 AMPs and above the Balance Open/Difference parameters.

I believe you may have tripped the BB BMS some way (overcurrent). I would disconnect the batteries completely and see if they take an individual charge.

You may need to apply a charge voltage or short the specific pins if yours didn't include a 'wakeup' button.

What kind of A/C wire did you use? That looks easier to work with than the 6/3 i used to wire my EMS.

sounds like you are hitting a Cell LVD if overall pack voltage is that high. Your cells maybe out of balance or mismatch capacity. If you are always running the pack down low, maybe best to bottom balance and limit max charge voltage. I have a similar Smart BMS that the Bluetooth acts the...
