The biggest regret I have, and the biggest lesson learned here, is to ALWAYS use a credit card or paypal business when purchasing things so that there is recourse. And Michael screwed us, me for sure. He has not responded for anything in forever.

Michael it has been over 30 days now since you "escalated the claim" plus you have not posted publicaly for 2 weeks. I guess it is safe to assume those of us who paid paypal Friends and Family are screwed.

Sorry but that was rude. Salesman I presume. I have received spam in this group about buying other cells, but at least it was private messaged to me. I hope others do not spam this very important thread

Well for me, I am missing 2 packages on top of the 2 I got damaged. Funny thing is that apparently 1 package arrived empty and UPS threw the box away ? ?

So ups refunded the money from the recalled ones? But they sent the refund to the supplier?

Also has the supplier stated his intentions with the cells that were recalled?

Do we know yet who packaged the cells? Was it the supplier, shipper, king guy in California, or who?

Same request for my 8 recalled if possible?

I was reading around in your link and about how batteries and cells are to be packaged. The shipper can get fined and penalties under law for shipping the way it was. Seems to me the last thing he would want is all us filing complaints with ups. I am convinced this is a stall tactic by the supplier

No! The blue has been scraped. Several of the batteries look like that on the sides. They came out of the really bad box :(
