Which version are you using ? The temp comes with the the cell info request. The response comes in 2 hex messages from the one request. and should be available to your system already. Can you print out the returned data so I can see it ?

I haven't look on here for awhile. The code supplies the temperature data. i.e. meter,protect,percent,fet,cells,temp1,temp2 jbdbmscd,0,63,3,8,9.0,8.9 Also available for 4 probes and that's what I'm using.

I also really like the Thornwave. Very reliable and well made. I use 2 of them, one for the charge controller and the other for the inverter along with the bms. It gives all data I need to monitor my system.
