Today I'm noticiing a pretty similar problem on one of my cells. I have 8 100Ah LIFEPO4 cells. The 6th on the group is behaving totally crazy. I'm waiting for some additional charge on them to compare top charge voltage, but that 6th cell is going really high. My BMS is JBD-SP10S009

Can you connect to multiple BMS by using the same rs485 adapter? Can you change the address of the BMS?

Or maybe Will Prowse always had bad experience with those active balancers. He doesn't recommend them at all. I don't have experience with them

Anyone knows if this BMS is compatible with the JBD Tool ? BMS on eBay Or please point me to where to ask, or maybe a link to a JBD BMS on eBay?

I don't know, and I wouldn't risk putting the wrong firmware, after I suffered some dark days without solar generation, Now I really value the stability of my inverter. You can ask Growatt support, to go for a safer route.

Good news! It worked! I have my inverter back! The only thing is: Now I have more options that are not on the userguide, so will have to learn new options, not a bug but a feature! Hope this post helps somebody else in the future!

Did it trip again? or it's finally solved? It happened to me too, but the GFCI was downlink the inverter.
