Quick update. Bluetti contact me and ask for a video and pics of my unit with issues. They determine to send me a return label. I ask for a refund. Will be looking into a different unit.

I have the exact same issue. Been several days now. I’ve tried everything I can think of and blank screen continues. Unfortunately I had the BT shut off so I cannot even use the app. Very disappointed!

Appreciate it. If that is the case, I agree. I will contact Bluetti and see what the draw is on the unit alone.
