    Battery(300) Design Open Sourced

@bryn When your done do you think you could share your design? Looks like you have the same issue with the studs being out closer to the edge as I do. I would redesign myself but son is the one with the printer and I can only ask him to print and not to take his time adjusting for me. But this...

Right, that's the parameter we changed we set it to 26mm. We got some errors, the walls of the case disappeared and the nubs that the lid sit on didn't change. My terminals might just be too far apart for the design to accommodate for.

    Battery(300) Design Open Sourced

Ran into a snag. My terminals are too wide changing the parameters completing messes up the case parameters. My terminals are 25.4 mm from stud center to edge

ClassC RV with Generator & Lead Base House Batteries Converting to LiFePO4

What exactly happens when you crank your generator? I have a battery I built with 150 amp BMS which has no trouble turning over my Onan 4K. Which 100 amp hour battery did you buy? When the current from the alternator turns off then you will not have back feed through the dc2dc, it's a one-way...

For RV: A couple of questions on my cheap DIY build

I would say that you are making your own battery why would you not want to have a Bluetooth BMS? I love being able to control the charging and the discharging on my new battery I built. I'm in love with the functions it gives me. I know about the DC2DC charger..it hurt me to spend the money on...

Do I need a inverter with a terminal block (hardwire)

Yeah this mobile inverter stuff made my head hurt all day. Not sure if there is a inverter that has a terminal block with a neutral ground bond that I have found. I would return this and get it of someone has a recommend. I did watch a grounding video Will mentioned in his inverter video...

Do I need a inverter with a terminal block (hardwire)

Let me ask you this. I see all over the internet's people just unplugging from shore power and plugging into the inverter and turning off the charger. Everyone says that's fine and never mention anything about neutral bonding issues. Are they maybe potentially creating a safety hazard like me?

Do I need a inverter with a terminal block (hardwire)

Do I need a inverter with a terminal block (hardwire)

Yes, my transfer switch isolates the inverter line and neutral. When on gen/shore power it connects to the AC panel. When not detecting shore/generator power then it switches to inverter power. Sounds like I still should see if my neutral is bonded or not. Am I saying that right?

Do I need a inverter with a terminal block (hardwire)

I've been thinking and thinking ? Does this really apply to me since I never explained my situation. I have a RV which will always be off grid unless I start the generator or plug in shore pwr in which that case I have a transfer switch that never lets the inverter touch the outside grid. If...

Do I need a inverter with a terminal block (hardwire)

Okay. I will find out but I'm dumb and don't understand this " Can be bonded to the safety ground or not" Is this something I can do with a meter? Sorry I'm a idiot when it comes to this. If you say connect this to this I can do that. Lol.

Do I need a inverter with a terminal block (hardwire)

They match..but here's my head scratcher When I test the line and neutral together I get 120v. When I test the line and ground I get 66v I test the neutral and the ground I get 54v Why is that? These measurements are at the inverter terminal block. Shouldn't I get 120v from the line to the...
