Ha ha, yes that old chestnut! I think I have my top-end voltages adjusted right now. More by luck than skill. I still can't figure out when it decides 100% is 100% but it did eventually do this last night and then put the battery in to standby (while waiting for load) which is what I wanted...

Ok, thanks. Not sure if it's a bug with the software but I have to hit save all to save some settings but this then resets the Battery Rated Capacity AH and SOC AH.

Actually got another question now. Because I had to revert all settings this has messed up the total ah and useable ah. Should I just charge to full voltage @ 58.4v then set the pack AH correctly, then do a discharge to 10% @ 0.5c so everything gets calculated properly?

Thanks chaps, I must have cocked up one of the settings as it would not stay on at all. I ended up connecting the BMS to a bench power supply at 54v and this got it turned on so I could revert back to standard settings :)

Hi, can anyone help with an issue I have with my Seplos BMS? I was adjusting parameters on it and I lost connection. Now any time I try to start it up, it starts (LED's light up) for around 30 seconds and then shuts down.. Pack voltage is currently 52v. Any tips as to what could be causing this?
