    So this Inductive Active Balancer from heltec Link, seems to comply to your rules: Will only balance two nearby battery which voltage defference bigger than 0.2V. Adjacent Voltage Difference 30mV Will this Balance Work for Permanent installation to a LFP 4S 40Ah Pack?

    No expert on Conversion, but Lifepo4 voltage drop should be less than lead acid. meaning, less Amp draw from Lithium. So draw should also come down based on this. Will be great to have someone with experience to comment on this conversion SLA to Lifepo4 48v amp draw advantage
