2 times this thing has hit 32v on a 24v system. I have it set to f08. I seem to recall someone mentioning a issue with these. Maybe this was responsible for my failed wal mart deep cycle batteries too.

I dont like fuses. For what they cost ill use a breaker. Its not overly hot. Its noticeably warm. Ill use my ir temp gauge and report back

I think i should be able to feed the aio with 3s2p and do everything else separately with individual 40a cc. However its easier to keep track of whats going on using the aio 80a cc. Its really just a mess of crap here. I guess i can run 10ga pv from every array 2s2p and put them on a 32a mcb...

Yes im sure thats true. I just like breakers. I should probably consider the max the aio can use. And possible future proofs too I do want to get a sungold sp6548 or the sp6048 240v split phase inverter eventually. Maybe a second hvlv2424

Probably 8 or 9 or 12. Theres 14 panels that can be arranged. The panels are degraded. So im not sure how many will be needed to get 2kw. I try to never use the 2.4kw output of the inverter and stay at 2k or less. I like the 3s3p idea with mc4 fuses

Originally i bought this hvlv2424 for the idea of running 2 for 240v split phase but never considered the 150v pv factor. Im almost thinking about the new powmr 3k24vh for $497 on Amazon because it goes to 450v but i dont think it has the other features that this hvlv2424 has like a on off...

Im not using the lithium battery yet. Dont want to make any mistakes with it. So i looked in the manual and couldnt find info saying anything about flat mount vs vertical. The fans definitely blow out from bottom which seems like most of the others do also. The array suggested is 2s4p in here

I guess ill put everything on its own charge controller. And separate run. So the most on anything will be 2s3p @8.37 isc = 25.11a for worst case scenario. The 2s2p will be 16.74a so maybe this works.

Yes i understand the voltage. I took the one group of 2s3p and put it on it's own 40amp tracer 4210an charge controller. That leaves 14 panels to mess with. I can remove one panel from each of the 4 and that will work. Or i can use another cc for those
