The batteries are connected in 2 series pairs and the pairs in parallel so the total is 48 V (2S2P). As far as I know there is no EG4 Communications Hub for 24 V batteries. Any more ideas welcome :)

Hello, Summer is back and I want to use my Growatt 12 KW and 4x 24 V EG4 batteries to run my AC. Whenever I start the AC using the Growatt I get error 4 (low battery voltage). Even if I switch over when the AC is already running. Batteries are around 50% SOC and panels are producing around 8KW...

Good news, I downgraded the fw to an older one (_202103221352.bin) and all back to normal. Phew!

no backup of fw and yeah, battery is charged to 100%. I'm already draining it by leaving the Growatt ON but the inverter off. Don't have anything (golf cart) to drain the batteries.
