EG4 Chargeverter, 2 racks of EG4 Lifepower batteries-wiring to charge both?

Any idea what this ground mount is?
Single row ground mount at the in-laws, considered expansion or trying to add panels and wanted to know if anyone recognized this system to see if parts or info is still available for it. Approx 5 years old, installed in Northern MI. Thanks in advance.- Balrog006
