I finally got hold of them installers and they also confirmed it’s in the wrong place the cable from the meter to ct is too short to put it in proper place cut it I guess so they need to send a new one and an engineer to fit it in the proper place.

Hi Good day question which I am sure someone will answer. The Solis inverter flow graphic has circles with information inside the circle and information outside circle what does this mean is outside actual and inside total sorry don’t quite understand.

The battery is a puredrive II which is selected and Solis updated the firmware and were looking at the DC strings I mentioned only one string of 8 panels were plugged in to DC 2 and DC 1 is not populated. Not sure if it should have been wired in 2 x 4 panel strings.
