16S 32700 Vapcell in an enclosed battery case operating at 1C, will the cells handle the heat without active cooling?

I am planning to build a 16S 48V LiFePo4 based on Vapcell 32700 G65 6500mAH and i would put the BMS and all the cells in plastic case shown below. It would operate under 1C or draw a current of 6.5Amps running for about an hour. My question is if my battery setup would not overheat since it is enclosed and no active cooling. ( i live in southeast ASIA with ambient temperature around 30 degrees centigrade )
