Yes I did. Was steered in the wrong direction. They honored the return

So they are supposed to be SPF-5000 US (for US, not Euro) which is supposed to have the modification done but they did not bother to change the name plate or the user manual to reflect that. I am glad they are willing to take them back.

Just the fact that they are not UL was also a big factor. Waiting for MPP UL split phase inverters now

I saw your post this morning, so I gave them a call and received the RMA. Thanks!
My email says they'll need to do a bench test before a refund is made since mine is an open box but never used.

I opened my boxes to find the dongle they put in one. The transformer had a hard ride here and I had to use my own foam to send it back. Was in pieces. I never even tried to hook them up so will see what they say
