Well this project is a wrap! Got my final yesterday . Here’s a few pics of how I did the electrical. All in all it was a good experience and hopefully it has many years of life. 5 months to build working on it a couple hours a day.

Money saved doing it DIY?

Quotes I got for this system ranged from $125-$140k I was able to do it all myself for an out out of pocket cost of $55k. $40k after fed tax credit, ROI 4 years at current rates. So yes DIY is the way to go if your able for sure.
