One problem with all such vendor batteries ... do they have a sealed case?
The ampere time battery *is* fully sealed, so if a BMS goes bad, there's absolutely nothing you can do but go thru warranty service. If you have a pair of these 12v@300ah in 24v mode, it can be a pain to take the whole pair out of production and swap one out.
The other issue I've discovered, and it probably applies all such vendors with "sealed cases", is that the BMS they use doesn't seem to support any kind of monitoring (you'll never get any good BMS-level details), and because the case is sealed, you can't swap in another BMS that does support monitoring.
Other than a sealed case, ampere-time is a reasonably good vendor, good support, and apparently has good warranty service; with a US office (west coast), they can get batteries to you quickly (new purchase or warranty).
