I wouldn't call that all conditions. Maybe all conditions where normal, sane people install solar.

If you look up the Danish report itself you can see that the differences under all conditions are within 2%.

I looked at the test conditions. They assume like 90% solar access with minor obstructions.

I've installed solar at 55% solar access before, because reasons. I don't think the conclusions from the Danish study will apply there. Another study would need to be done.

Minor obsructions can have major effect on string performance. Kink in the hose effect on older and cheaper inverters is very significant
