Battery monitor shows opposite of BMS app

I have 560aH (280 x2) of LifePo4 for batteries and a Renegy 500 amp battery monitor. I’ve just hooked up my system for the first time and ran the batteries down just below 10%. They’re charging back up again now, supposedly. I have a few BMS apps and they all show the same information; that the batteries are taking in charge and are charging. But the battery monitor shows that they’re just continuing to lose charge. Earlier the apps said the batteries were up to 50% charge but the battery monitor said they were at 6%, right now the apps say the batteries are at 72% charge and the battery monitor says 4% . Does anyone know why that’s happening and what I should do about it?

You likely have the shunt installed/wired backwards - either the shunt itself or the sensing wires if they're not integral to the shunt package.

B- to battery negative of the pack, loads and chargers to P-. Consider P- is the new pack negative.
