bought used quattro, repair suggestions

Ok, i would take detailed pics of every wire and screw, take the board and any coils and get a large rubbermaid drum and submerge them in distilled water and gently shake them well...
Very well...
Then soak them down in 99%isopropyl well, then blow dry them.
Next any caps, source replacements, swap in new.
 
It does NOT appear as if it was submerged ever.
Just some spray and condensation.
I would get a paint marker, lable everything, and take the boards out and look for corroded parts.
Caps look good, as do the few fetts i can see.
Likely some diodes and or resistors damaged, and lotsa traces corroded, or contaminated...
Dirty, shouldnt be an issue, some quality penetrating oil on the rusty bolts...
