Can I install this wall mount UPSIDE DOWN?

Hi wise crowd! I want to buy this eco-worthy mount and install it upside down. My plan is to mount the bottom-facing struts against the wall to angle the panels out from my shed wall. Grabbing to compact design eco-worthy panels that are otherwise well withing specs for the weight and useof this mount.

Is there any reason that would put undue stress on the material and threaten the panels?

I think it would work OK. However, I think I could buy raw materials for less and get something stronger.

I think should DIY it too...but am swimming in chores (roof, electrical plumbing and a new solar array)....sometimes you have to go with 'good-enough' prefab, alas.

On the plus side, the Eco mount could be adjustable for summer/winter tilt

This gives me ideas for a wall mount using an old truck cap rack that has the inner/outer tubes like this.
