Hi DIY solar forum,
Not so knowledgeable asking for over voltage and 3 temperature sensor error resolution.
System:
8s lifePo, Daly BMS, Active balancer, MPPT empever charge controller, 1500W/3000W inverter
Observations:
1. Soc >99%, 3.3V each cell
2. Inverter on --> beeping --> MPPT reads 26V -->12V --> 8V --> 13V --> 28V. Power output for half a minute --> then no more, beeping continues.
3. BMS high voltage protect 3.75 as suggested by maker
4. Regularly OVD warning on MPPT display
5. BMS 3 errors
5.1) Chg temp low lvl 2
5.2) DisChg temp low lvl 2
5.3) Cell temp error
6. T1 reads -40°C
7. Two days ago "upgraded" the system with active balancer.
To diagnose the problems and resolution procedure you guys can advice?
