I haven't kept up on it. do they have the ability to shut down charging in cold 32ish temps? is it adjustable?

In the Smart Series you can adjust these parameters with Bluetooth App or with the PC connection. Possible that you can do it on the touchscreen display too, but I can't confirm that.
