Daly Dischg MOS doesn’t switch on?

I can’t figure out why my Dischg MOS doesn’t switch on. Daly support replied with ‘Open the discharge MOS’. ? The little icons on the home page do nothing when I tap them so don’t look like buttons, and the Dischg switch is on in parameter settings. Does anybody know how to get this switched on, or what the problem could be?

There is no power coming in, I’ve switched off solar, and inverter is disconnected. It’s just the battery bank and the BMS connected.

Any suggestions appreciated!
