Just a few pics of my DIY battery build for my campervan.
EVE LF280K cells
JK 200a 4-8s BMS
Still trying to get my head around the BMS settings so it will play nice with my CTEK d250SE and my 7 Stage shore power charger,

(Link to questions I asked a couple of weeks back with regards this subject)

All criticism / praise / disgust welcome!! (Especially with regards my BMS settings)

Cheers Dave.

Everything looks great to me... including the settings. Is there something in particular that gives concern?

I agree with t2t, settings look correct. Personally I set Start Balance Volts to 3.40 which is the beginning of the "knee" where the charge curve turns up.
If I remember, the stated accuracy of cell voltage measuring is + or- 3mV so I would recommend setting the Balance Trigger Volts to 0.010 to 0.012. Otherwise its just moving electrons around within the margin of internal measurement error.

I see you have some insulation material between the cells, which is good. But do you have any compression and / or fixtures for the cells inside the box?
Having that this is a mobile battery, I would really be worried about the cells moving around in the box. Also, I would put something to protect the cell closest to the BMS (either insulation material or some EVA foam). You really don't want the BMS to dent the cell.

Personally, I would remove the BMS from the side wall of the box, put EVA foam on both sides (each outer cell). This will minimize movement, and allow for some minimal compression. I would mount the BMS either on top of the cells, using some of that yellow fiber board (with proper care that it can't short the cell terminals in any way).
Another option is to mount the BMS on the under side of the lid (again with proper separation material, just in case) but that would limit you from fully removing the lid (depends on how long the cable from the BMS are).

These chargers somehow affect the BMS?

It's nice though that you can hook relatively large lugs to it.
