Does PayPal refund if the inverter delivered does not work/broken?

If I purchase an inverter from here and it does not work does PayPal refund everything.. I know PayPal refunds if you don’t receive it but what if you receive it and it doesn’t work/broken

I just received a refund using PayPal for a purchase of "goods or services" on Facebook Marketplace after the item arrived not working. It was also misrepresented as being "new" when it was not. I paid as a business and specifically for "goods", which I made sure were specified exactly what I was receiving in the original payment. I did have to go through the PayPal dispute process, but that wasn't too cumbersome - it mostly depends on how motivated/honest the seller is if it gets to that point. Mine was not, but it worked out.

I would contact PayPal and see what they say. Like the poster said above, there's definitely going to be a dispute process, but as long as you didn't pay with friends and family you should have a good shot.
