Eg4 3000 EHV 48 - Stuck in bypass

Hello Solar DIY'ers
Hoping someone can help.
I've been working with the seller of my eg4 3000 whose been in contact with eg4 about a problem I'm having.
Inverter was functioning perfectly for over a month.
All of a sudden it does not want to come out of bypass in the morning.
The only way I can get it to come out of bypass and run on solar is to perform full system shut down and restart.
Here are my settings

Really appreciate any help.
Seller hasn't got back to me with a remedy.
