EG4 6500 system. Need Help Finalizing Panel and Connections in Concord NC Area

Hi, Gang. I live in Concord, NC. Having much trouble finding a local electrician that understands the ins-and-outs of the DIY EG4 6500 systems. I don't plan to integrate the Grid into my inverters, but I do want to install a sub-panel that will use a mechanical interlock switch so I can go back to the grid in the event of a solar failure. As it stands, I've had three local electricians come in for a look. None of them understand how the EG4 grounding should work. I need someone local that can help me finish up this off-grid system.
