EG4 App Error

I setup my EG4 18k inverter with the WiFi dongle and registered, everything is working. I can see all the detail from the https://monitor.eg4electronics.com/ site. I also setup the EG4 App on my iPhone, and at first it worked fine. For the last week or two all get when attempting to use it is "Unknown Error" on the logon screen.

Anyone else see this issue?

same, i get unknown error, browser version works on pc and mobile but not the app.

I will report this to our app development team. I am not sure of potential solutions since this is my first time encountering this error.
