The older you get, the "guys" you run out of. My gold and silver guy died. Now I am screwed when I buy or sell. My mechanic is getting older too. My tax man quit and sold out to a new guy who is not quite as good as the old guy. I am quickly running out of guys.

My neighbor is licensed. He will check out my work and sign off.....he has done so for the last three heat pump systems I installed. Mine 9 years ago, my sons and my mothers. SInce my 5 ton went out I decided to go with something with not such large start up amps and way more efficient.

That sucks.
But unlike in playground sports, in some cases it is better to be picked last… rather than sooner.

Doctors ... I'm running out of doctors. My last visit was with one young enough to be my daughter.
