EpEver 5000w Hybrid Inverter

I’m very happy with my Epever SCC and now looking at their 120VAC AIO: https://www.epever.com/product/upower-hi-inverter-charger-2000w-5000w/

The 24V support is a big plus for my set-up, so I’m interested if any members have already given one of these Epever inverters a try…
Take it back. What a boneheaded move to design a 24V AIO with a minimum MPPT voltage of 60V: https://www.epever.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/EPEVER-Datasheet_UPower-Hi.pdf

Epever’s SCCs support Vmppt_min of Vbat+2V, so it’s easy to charge a 24V battery with a 1S string.

This product requires a 2S string and won’t work for anyone needing to charge a battery with a 1S string due to shading issues (like me).

Has anyone looked closely at this inverter yet?

It shows the inverter connected to loads in parallel with the grid and describes several modes where loads are supplied by inverter and grid: https://www.epever.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/UPower-Hi-Manual-EN-V2.3.pdf

I assume this means that grid power is passing through internal transfer switches and that the inverter needs to be connected in between grid and powered loads, but the wiring diagrams are unclear.

It seems as though this must be a grid-synced inverter rather than a PSW, but I’d appreciate any insight from anyone who has purchased one of these…
