Good day/morning/everning~

I have issues connecting my new Tracer 4210AN MPPT to my eLog01. Despite doing a factory reset (5sec hold on the button), the eLog doesn’t connect successfully to the new MPPT. As a sidenote - it used to be connected to my old Tracer 1210AN, but I needed to upgrade to the bigger MPPT.

The link shows a video of me resetting it and it still blinks red.

I did this more than a couple of times. I’ve cleared all the data from the logger via USB cable. It has the battery inside and it has been reset by the battery as well (I’ve removed it and put it back in). I also then changed the battery, but to no avail.

Here is the eLog01 being connected to the old MPPT (Tracer 1210AN) and it works fine.

My guess is that it's connected to the ID number of the MPPT, but apart from doing a factory reset while it's connected to the new MPPT, I don't know what to do. I've seen 2-3 videos of the same issue on Youtube, but 0 comments.

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

An update - I bought a new eLog01 and the issue still remains. The COM port is functional as the MT50 connects to it

So, my original theory fell through... not sure what else remains lol
