I bought this Epever 60amp MPPT charge controller. The seller I bought it from lists it as 24v and LiFePO4 compatible. Upon receiving the product, there is no set parameters for this unit for my application. I have the MT50 and was able to put it into a user setting. In that setting I put my unit for 24v system. However, I'm not allowed to change my parameters at all. I have tried doing it in the particular order that people on YouTube have shown. I also have the wire for the PC com port and downloaded the Epever page and tried to do it through that and it doesn't allow me to do it there either. I feel like I was ripped off by false advertising. Does anyone know how to get through this issue.

Epever can be tricky, you have to follow certain rules when inputting values. Can you give an example of what settings you are trying to change?
