Goodwe parallel problem FIXED

I have s problem with parallel connecting two Goodwe GW6000D-ES-20

I have set up the master and slave
(the master works fine on its own)

I conect the coms cable between the two invertors and they seem to be taking to each other ok

the problem I'm having is that as soon as I conect them I lose the conection to the smart meter

My guess is that there is a "termination" setting. One of the devices (inverter master, inverter slave, smart meter) has to be in the middle. That device has to NOT have termination resistor enabled.

Or an address conflict. Maybe the slave and smart meter are set to the same device number.

Are you connecting them to each other using this method?

The fix was to swap over the master / slave inverter
