Growatt MC4 Connectors

Great forum! So I recently installed the Growatt 6kW Grid-Tie Inverter | MIN 6000TL-X purchased from SignatureSolar.com The install was successful, but I had trouble connecting the MC4’s. The one on the left is what came with the Growatt Inverter and the one on the right is what I received from Amazon, crimp on connectors and the breaker box . I wanted to connect a DC breaker disconnect but the connector didn't fully click in. Are there different MC4 standard connectors? The Wi-Fi stick was a little challenging but basically you must change the server address in the app from server.growatt.com to server-us.growatt.com and the password to unlock the setting is "growatt20231128" using todays date 11/28/23

All mc4 connectors should be compatible

BUT this is not always the case,

Try push harder? (Without breaking anything!)
