I need help to assemble this puzzle (beginner) lol

Hi everyone, I just joined the forum and I'm learning a lot from the tips here. I bought a box with equipment for mobile solar system, however as it was unused for over 1 year, the batteries are dead (4 Voltronix 200ah in 12V), and with some devices that I need to install but I have no idea how to do this. Can anyone help me with tips on how to install these devices? Do I need to charge the batteries before or can I charge directly by solar panel (360w)? Which charger do you indicate?
I live in Utah and if someone lives here to help with that, that would be great. Sorry my English because I'm still learning. I am from the Brazilian Army and will be living in the US for 3 years, so I would like to learn about solar energy. Thank you all.

Attach them in parallel, charge them up to full charge. if lifepo4 then 3.65
that is called top balance.
check cells to see they have same voltage when you finish charging. leave it 1 month. check again. if all same volts . re-assemble in series for 12.8v and you have your battery.
Use BMS
If not same volts, they are no good.
