OK, so I am looking for a battery charger for Lifepo cells.
Specifically 280 Ah 24 volts.
Something that will not over charge them.
Preferably one I can change the top voltage on.
The amps do not have to be high.
But not below 25 amps preferably.
Preferably adjustable.

The BMS essentially only needs to monitor and allow for top balancing.
I do not need all of the other fancy stuff like low temp cut off etc as the batteries will be charging in my home.

Ok guys, I would prefer if your recommendations were ones that you use or have used.
Thank you. :)

Your start out talking about a charger then you switch tracks to talk about BMS.
I'm not sure why you mentioned the BMS.

Assuming you want a charger.
I have this https://powermaxconverters.com/product/pm3-24v-series/
Its loud and it lacks proper charge termination but it works.

I would have purchased this https://www.kisaepower.com/products/battery-chargers/model-ac-2430/ but had trouble sourcing it during stage 1 lockdown.

Maybe look at the title? Even though it is missing the "S".

What's your actual budget for each item? I know you state inexpensive, but that can be relative.
Well, the charger I was looking at before I got crewed by a bank was $270 american [or about $459 Canadian].
That would be expensive for me now. So I was hoping about $200 Canadian or about $140 american.

For the BMS, Was hoping for the same or less by half.
