IQ-8D?

Ran across these, no clue how real they are but figured I'd post them - YMMV. Appears to be a 3-phase version of the IQ8

• Enphase IQ8D Commercial Mircoinverter
• IQ8D and IQ7+ Enphase micro inverters

Highlights:

• Maximum/Peak Efficiency 97.5 %
• Starting/ Max. DC voltage 35 V / 119 V
• Supports two PV modules, probably in series from voltages
• 640 W
• V/F ride-through (link explains why IEEE 1547 "Must-trips" aren't always best on DERs)
• Looks like a single port, so losing panel level diagnostics for paired-panel diagnostics?

• CEC weighted efficiency 97.5 %
• Power factor (adjustable) 0.7 - 1.0, leading or lagging
