First Post here. So I have a jkbms in a 4 cell lifepo4 pack. I had it connected to my a rpi3b+ running as a cerbogx, via a usb-ttl cable in the rs485/gps port. That pi died so I used a rpi3, the BMV-712 and mppt 100/30 spoke to the older pi no problem but the jkbms never has.
Now I only want the info from the jkbms, temp, cell voltages etc. I don't want it to control the system.
I've tried all sorts to get the jkbms to communicate with no luck. I've been trying to get it to connect via Bluetooth amd all was going well until its stalls at the same point during install.
Can anyone help its frustrating as I used to be able to use the bms info.
