Looking for info on clients qcell 100 volt system

A friend of mine got a qcell ess Q.home 7.6kwh 100 volt inverter/battery system. He hooked everything up like all other systems and according to recommended user manual but when he powered it on it output 180v for some reason and threw a few fault messages (Grid lost fault
Eps relay fault)
I cannot find any info on this system and wondering how I can get the settings to output the correct voltage. Any help is greatly appreciated

Sorry forgot to mention he is 100% off grid also with 0 generator input connected
