Hi Everyone,

I need some advice. Recently, I added solar panels to our off-grid system, totaling 555W x 10. After the installation, we started getting an "E021 - PV voltage high" error. To address this, we reduced the number of panels in use. However, I'm concerned that this might have damaged the inverter. We are now receiving an "E025 - Temperature over range" error every 10 minutes during the hottest part of the day. Despite this, the system runs fine through the night.

Today, I turned off the power from the PV panels, and the inverter seemed to last longer without issues. Unfortunately, the inverter is out of warranty, and I'm considering replacing the fan.

Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with this kind of problem?

Thanks in advance!

Does the fan run during those overtemperature warnings? If it's anything like the 18Kpv you can't miss it!

What's the ambient temperature at the inverter at that time?

If it's still working, I doubt you damaged anything.

The fan doesn't run during those overtemperature warnings, it only ran once when power came back up.

I will need to confirm the temperature when it happens again.
