Setting #20 is way too low. Setting #19 tells the inverter when the battery is too low. Setting #20 tells it when to switch back to grid to charge. As it is now, you will hit #19 48v and the inverter will throw the alarm. #20 is 46v so it never reaches it. Make setting #20 higher than #19 and you should see the result you want.

Also, setting #10 - "OSO" Only Solar... you will probably need that changed to either CSO or SNU if you want it to charge from grid when setting #20 happens. Otherwise, it will just go to bypass and wait for the sun to charge.

I'd double check #17 and #18 as well; your float is awfully high depending on how your BMS is configured.

Is there a difference if I put in setting 2 UPS instead of APL

Yes. Documented differe

Yes. The documented difference is the input voltage ranges acceptable.

Undocumented difference: #2 set to APL will allow grid charging. Set #2 to UPS and it will not allow grid charging.

That is what i want the inverter to bypass and wait for the sun to charge battery, don't want grid charging

Hi Vcruz, here at the isla. How you manage for when Luma ( utility ) returns after gone or manually taken off ? my lvx6048, with #01 SBU, starts giving a lot of dum dum DUM DUM !! and finally [08] or restart... does it happens to your inverter? i have 125/125 to 127/127VAC
I have played with the parameters made 3 firm upgrades, replaced the relay board, all sent by Taiwan MPP Solar, still the same..

The only way im managing this is, by manualy placing back power from the grid only after a couple of dum dum trembling noyse.... but only when using #01 SUB set. if i have #01 SBU parragraph above is what will happen.

Thanks for being helpful will adjust parameter and be back

Im still not able to allow luma come in with 01 SBU set in place. I will try one more thing, and is to get a new main-board...
if things remains the same, i will forget about it, and will keep it off-grid 24/7 by getting another 10K battery...

Hope this helps.
