Max Power from 2V Batteries 990Ah

I'm asking a question on a forum about the maximum power I can obtain from 2V batteries with a capacity of 990Ah at a C10 discharge rate. This is for a 48V system, and I'm aware that the maximum discharge current for lead-acid batteries shouldn't exceed 20% of the Ah capacity. My teacher mentioned that this would be 3 times 15 amps. Is this information accurate?
