MPPSolar 11kw inverter shows 48v and as soon as I connect the solar panels Voltage jumps to 56.5?

My MPPSolar inver 11kw has been running for 14 months paired with 5kwp everything was smooth until yesterday inverter stated to act weird.

It shows it was shut down because of the voltage going down to 48v (which is the way I have it setup.

Checked evething waited until the morning as soon as the solar reached 2kwp inverter shows full to 56.5 and now stops charging the batteries. I am not with the system and won’t be there for another week any luck to what’s up here ?

the inverter is powering all the equipment as long as the panels are getting sunlight but when the sun drops voltage drops to 48-50v the cut of limit.

Your help is appreciated. Anything I can do remotely to check this out

I would suspect an issue with your batteries based on your description.

I will have to check this when i get there will post back what I find. But why would batteries do this now ? Maybe loose connectors overtime ? setup is stationary

Anything is possible.
Heat from a dirty or loose connection will cause oxidation and resistance.
Parts can fail, anything can happen.
