Hey guys,
i was planning to use this diagram from the 18kpv manual. I showed it to one of the guys at City Hall and he said that fine, im just missing the disconnect. So i modified "PV interactive System 2-pole Fused Disconnect" to just "Disconnect".
The only thing on here that i'm not familiar with is the Manual transfer switch. Looks like it allows me to switch the power supplied to load from inverter + grid, to just grid. I can see how that would be valuable if the inverter fails.
Why would the "Supply side tap" not be after the 200 amp main breaker? Seems like a safety concern for a utility guy to cut that breaker and not have power cut to the whole house.
