Figuring out layout for 5kw system
Nearest clear point for panel set up to battery location is about 70 feet. I plan to mount panels to a frame with very heavy deep concrete anchorage on the property. The house roof is not quite south facing. It's ridge line is about 20° off of a east/west line. Plus it's a manufactured home with chip board sheeting under the metal roof. The battery, charge controller, and inverter could go in the laundry room across from the house fuse panel. So from inverter to sub panel maybe 15 ft. Still searching for all parts of the system. By mapping it out I can make decisions and figure wire size.
