Oh boy........ here we go.....

Wonderful. I bought a generic 150A version for my golf cart that draws ~30A while cruising and ~130A for a few seconds while accelerating. I also use the 48V battery pack to power my 2500W inverter during grid down.

Into the trash bin the breaker goes.

At least he states the "300A" version is only safe for 50A continuous. I think it is good to see people actually show how shoddy these things are and you really need to be careful what you buy. Better to stick with well known over current devices instead of whatever the cheapest thing you find on Amazon is.
 
Also, I’m out sure if he covered it. But most of these breakers are rated for 48v and under. So anyone using an actual 48v solar setup is going to exceed that. Will covered that in one video a while back. I plan on mentioning it soon also.

There is multiple reasons why it’s worth investing in quality breakers that are actually rated to take the loads you’re going to put on them.

I loved the vice grip part. Dudes got mad skills.
