Only one string of 2 picked upby solis app.

Hi folks, whilst the inverter reports 2 strings with say combine
d output of say 2 kW the app only picks up 1 string at say 1 kW. It's a new inverter 6 gen replacing an older 3rd gen?? Inverter that died. Dongle is first version, app is soliscloud.. any thoughts great fully received
