Hello again from Ohio.
A thought keeps rattling around in my skull. Not much else up there!
I have a system in a freightliner van:
500w solar array ... Epever 40w charge controller ...
16 3.2v 50ah cells tied together=13.2v 200ah Lifepo4 battery.
I am using the charge controller to charge the battery through the battery
poles on the cc. The load lugs are unused.
Thought:
On cloudy days the voltage runs low or in some cases shuts down the system.
What if I attach the load lugs of the cc to the battery and kind of double charge the system
on cloudy days.
I am a mechanic and not an electrician so belittling me on this occasion is fine if warranted.
It seems a valid question though.
I once saw a bulldozer in sub zero weather with 4 vehicles jumping him to get him going. Took an hour still.
Thanks in advance

Bad idea.
First, it won’t get more wattage than the panels charge at already.
Second, it could create a short to kill the battery, or the controller, or both.

The bulldozer got charged with 4 charging systems attached.
If you connect 4 additional solar panels and charge controllers, you could get additional energy… but trying to pull energy from the battery to charge the battery is akin to perpetual energy, and is a losing attempt.
